I am a breeder of Jack Russell Terriers better known now as the Russell terrier (shortie or puddin jack) Shorties are not necessarily short legged but more so longer then taller.

Why I chose to breed this type of dog was their characters are like no other. They will make you laugh so hard that I believe no other dog could make you feel more at home.

What they love most of all is to chase squirrels at the park or a ball or just to cuddle with you on the couch or snuggle with you in the bed.

If you don’t like to be greeted as if you have left them alone forever even if it was just to take the garbage out and have them give you a ton of kisses just to show you how much they love you, then this isn’t the breed for you…

They are a very strong minded dog but in saying that they love to learn.

Such a intelligent dog willing to take on new tasks whatever that might be Jack Russell’s are wonderful  tracking dogs, therapy dogs, agility dogs, hunting dogs, great companion dogs and of course wonderful television dogs…

This breed never seizes to amaze me with the lengths they will go to please you.

My dogs love to attend Jack Russell events racing, lure coursing and GTG, if this is something that interests you I would love to talk to you about it.
